1. Live gigs: this allows for the audience to see the artist live which builds a rapport between the audience and the artists as well as, perhaps gaining new fans. Doing gigs in different towns and cities will allow for the artist's fan base to grow and allow more people to hear the music.

2. Social media promotions: perhaps the easiest the most efficient way to promote one's music is through social media. We all use social media and promoting your work through it would allow the artist to reach a wide range of audience in a few clicks.

3. Have your own website: having an official website will let the artist put all the work in one place and if the consumer wants to purchase the music there will be a place to do so.

4. Collaborate with other artists: working with other musicians will allow to gain a bigger fan base, especially if the other musicians make similar music and have a similar demographic and you know that people will appreciate your music. When working with other artists you promote each other's work such as merch and encourage to buy each other's music.
