What have you learned from your audience feedback?
According to this particular response our music video was successful in portraying the narrative clearly as well as the artist's brand. It was also successful as it made her feel the way the music video was set out for the audience to feel which is happy and uplifted.
From this response I have learnt that our characters were clear throughout the video. However, I could consider thinking more about how my music video is edited to make sure that the narrative flows better.
According to this response we I was successful in portraying the narrative of the story and the message of positivity. However, it was suggested to perhaps make the music video more brighter in post production to further emphasise the feeling of happiness and the pursuit of the brightness in every situation.
For my ancillary texts the response was mostly positive. For example, one interviewee noted that the magazine advert and the digipak linked and ''looked like the belong together''. The main links for her was the roses, coffee and the artist herself.

The second interviewee pointed out that both of the ancillary texts had a ''calm vibe'' which makes them successful as the calm feeling and imagery are common among the singer-songwriter genre which is the genre of my artist.

In addition, it was noted that the digipak and the magazine advert reflect my artist's image of positivity due to the warm colours of both ancillary texts. I believe that this is an important aspect because the singer-songwriter genre is heavily based on the artist's personal talent and they usually strive to make their songs relatable to their audience and if my ancillary texts were able to do that then it means that both media texts were successful.

Another response was that the colours and the font of my ancillary texts emphasised the singer-songwriter genre as well as emphasising the artist's brand. The colouring gives a warm and relaxed feeling which makes the products attractive to our target audience.

Furthermore, the fact that my digipak features a guitar conforms to the singer-songwriter conventions and it shows that the artist is talented and therefore makes people more interested into my artist.

The old-fashioned building that is featured both in the digipak and the magazine advert gives it a vintage feeling which also conforms to the singer-songwriter conventions and thus appeals more to my target audience. This is shown in quotes such as: '' I love the album cover because it reminds me of morrissey's album under the influence which is my favourite album.''
